AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Delfo (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Delfo Telegram bot and any related services, media, or applications (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.
1. USE OF OUR SERVICE
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
The Service is designed to facilitate food ordering and delivery through Telegram.
All communications, payments, and order updates occur within the Telegram bot.
You agree not to misuse the Service, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate applicable laws.
2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Orders must be placed via the Delfo Telegram bot.
Full payment must be made at checkout; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported.
Prices and menu items are determined by restaurant partners.
Delfo acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for food quality, preparation, or pricing errors.
3. DELIVERY POLICY (SHIPPING POLICY)
A delivery fee of ₹[amount] per order applies.
Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary due to external factors.
Customers must be available at the provided location at the time of delivery.
Live tracking links will be shared via Telegram for order status updates.
4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Refunds may be issued only in cases of restaurant non-fulfillment or delivery failure.
Delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund requests must be raised via Telegram support within 24 hours of order completion.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days to the original payment method.
5. RIDER TERMS
Riders earn a fixed commission of ₹[amount] per order (inclusive of restaurant commission and delivery charge).
Payment settlements to riders occur weekly or monthly as per the predefined schedule.
Riders must confirm pickups and deliveries through the Delfo Telegram bot.
Professional conduct, punctuality, and food safety compliance are mandatory.
6. RESTAURANT PARTNER TERMS
Restaurants are responsible for updating their menus and pricing through Google Sheets.
Orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
Restaurants must ensure timely preparation and food quality.
Payouts to restaurants are processed only on a weekly basis.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
We collect personal data, including your phone number and delivery address, solely for order fulfillment.
Your data is not shared, sold, or rented to third parties.
All communications occur within Telegram to enhance privacy and security.
You may request data deletion by contacting Delfo support via Telegram.
8. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
Delfo is a marketing and servicing platform and is not liable for food quality, preparation errors, or restaurant service issues.
Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen incidents.
Delfo may act as a mediator in disputes but is not responsible for resolution.
9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of Delfo shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [Your City] courts.
